Dalby Branch Manager Jono Webster, who joined Diesel Care (then Cramer Diesel Injection in Dalby) in 2000, has been in the industry for some 16 years.
His first job was a four-year apprenticeship in the heavy vehicle / plant mechanic trade, where he first gained an appreciation of the intricacies of the diesel engine.
Jono has since added to his trade qualifications and is a recognised diesel fuel injection technician with AADS and has undertaken a number of other Bosch, Stanadyne, Delphi and Denso Courses.
“It’s a very supportive industry – we are surrounded by good people and supported by a great work environment.”
Jono said he believes the need for qualified diesel fuel injection experts will continue to grow as more and more people convert to diesel driving.
“There are already increasing numbers of diesel motor vehicles on the road today and this is only going to continue to increase in the future.”
He is also a keen gardener and enjoys motor sports, fishing and boating. He also likes to give back to the community through his active role as a member of the Dalby Apex Club.

Gavin Bradford

Gavin is a qualified fuel injection specialist with 20 years experience in the industry.
He has a passion for his trade and a strong loyalty for his company. His first ever job was as an apprentice fuel injection specialist with Diesel Care (previously a business unit of Cramer Engineering) in 1985. He has remained with the company and moved up through the ranks to the position he holds today.
A strong drive to succeed saw Gavin awarded Australian Apprentice of the Year in 1990. He has continued to achieve with qualifications as a Bosch Master Technician and various certificates from other manufacturers. He is highly respected in the industry and for several years held the prestigious position as President of Bosch Automotive Dealer Service Network (BADSN).
Gavin said the changes in technology keep his role interesting.
”There is a great future in diesel. Advances in technology are making diesel-powered vehicle more popular. Experts like Diesel Care will be in high demand as diesel vehicles become more common on every-day vehicles.”
In his spare time, Gavin enjoys playing lawn bowls and has even applied his determination to succeed to his sport, representing his club and state in a number of national and overseas competitions.

Director Don Cramer is always on the move. Whether it be four-wheel-driving, gliding, microlighting, hang-gliding, bike riding, swimming or running, Don is passionate about performance and speed and it’s this energy he brings to his role with Diesel Care.
Don started out in the industry as a diesel fuel injection and fitting and turning apprentice at the age of 15. Since then he has watched the industry undertake some substantial changes in terms of the application of technology.
He spent six years with Diesel Care (then a business unit of Cramer’s Engineering) during the 70s and early 80s, after some time out of the industry, returned in 1995 and took on a position as director in 1998.
Don said he enjoys the challenges presented by a growing company and is excited by the worldwide growth of diesel powered passenger vehicles and the potential for diesel to be the preferred fuel of the future.
Don is a keen aviator and sportsman, so when he’s not working you’ll either find him in the sky, out exercising, or at home enjoying music and cooking or spending time with his family.
