Four-wheel-drive enthusiasts looking for extra power and better performance from their diesel engine could find the answer in the latest technology from Europe now available at Diesel Care.
Diesel Care, now Australia’s largest diesel injection repairer with branches in Toowoomba, Tamworth, Goondoowindi and Dalby, will be showcasing the new diesel engine optimiser called the Steinbauer PBox.
According to Diesel Care Director Don Cramer, the Austrian designed Steinbauer PBox is set to revolutionise diesel four-wheel-driving in Australia.
“Owners of diesel four-wheel-drives will be very impressed by the capabilities of this new technology.”
He said the Steinbauer PBox was an advanced electronic module which could be adapted to almost all new diesel 4WDs to optimise fuel injection.
“Rigorous testing both overseas and by us locally is seeing the PBox achieve 20% more power and 20% more torque without affecting the long term reliability of the vehicle.”
“The Steinbauer PBox has been designed for drivers who want superior performance, and a smoother, more agile feel while still keeping emissions and fuel consumption in check,” Mr Cramer said.
Diesel Care has been hand-chosen to exclusively distribute the new Steinbauer PBox throughout Australia.
Four-wheel-drives aren’t the only vehicles getting expert attention at Diesel Care. Formally Cramer Diesel Injection, Diesel Care has almost 60 years experience in servicing and repairing diesel fuel pumps, injectors and related components for the agricultural industry.
“Many farmers don’t realise how vital it is to regularly maintain the fuel injection system fitted to their tractors, trucks, machinery, and irrigation pumping systems.”
“It’s an old cliché – but prevention is better than cure. We want to encourage farmers to be more vigilant about calibrating their fuel injection systems – they are, after all, the heart of any diesel engine.
“You’ll find a small amount of time and money spent keeping your gear in top working order can mean big long term benefits and savings.”
“If you do have the unfortunate situation of a breakdown we have the proven expertise to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
“We have16 qualified diesel fuel injection technicians across our branches available to do on-vehicle or in-workshop testing, repairs and servicing. We are fully equipped with the tooling and test equipment to repair and calibrate virtually all types of high pressure systems from the classic mechanical injector systems to new electronic diesel control (EDC) systems.
“Whether it’s your four-wheel-drive or your cotton picker, if you bring it to Diesel Care you can be sure we’re applying the latest technology and delivering excellence in diesel service,” Mr Cramer said.
